We love Real Estate!

We are Wade and Emmy Mitchell.  We are a husband and wife team of real estate investors. We buy and sell houses in Amarillo, and we actually enjoy working together. We can buy houses that need a lot of work, need to be sold fast, or a combination of both.  We even buy houses that don’t need much work at all.  We also sell houses and provide financing to other investors.  In 2005 we became frustrated with many of the Real Estate Agents we were working with so Emmy got her real estate license and then moved on to pursue her Broker license. In 2012 we started Mitchell Realty.  If it has to do with a house, chances are we can help.  Every day we come to work to have fun. We feel blessed to be able to live and work here in Amarillo, TX.

We began investing in Real Estate in 1999 shortly after we moved to Amarillo. Our first house we bought to live in was a duplex. We lived in one side and rented out the other. Soon we bought another one, and another one, and another. The rest is history.
